Hemp seed oil is pressed from the seeds of the hemp plant, which contain essentially no CBD. CBD comes from the flowers and leaves. Using the soap and brush together
Wet your face and the brush with lukewarm water. Rub the bar onto the bristles until it foams, then work the brush over your face in small circles, avoiding the eye area. Rinse completely and pat dry. Hang the brush by its cord so the bristles dry between uses.
