Choosing between the four
These aren't evening-only products. Any of the four can be taken at any time of day — most people find them easiest to work into a routine at a consistent time. Here's what separates them.
- Watermelon CBD Gummy — 30 mg isolate-based CBD per gummy, slightly sour watermelon flavor. THC-free. Our simplest option and the usual starting point.
- Pink Lemonade CBD Gummy — 30 mg isolate-based CBD per gummy, tart citrus. Same strength as the watermelon, different flavor.
- CBD & CBN Gummy — 40 mg total per gummy: 30 mg CBD with 10 mg CBN, in elderberry. Isolate-based and THC-free. Available as 30-count (900 mg CBD, 300 mg CBN) or 60-count (1,800 mg CBD, 600 mg CBN). This is the only gummy we make that contains CBN.
- 50 MG Full Spectrum CBD Gummy — 50 mg CBD per gummy in strawberry, and the only full spectrum gummy we make. Each gummy also contains 1.74 mg THC. This one is 21+ only, can be intoxicating, and cannot ship to Idaho, Tennessee, Kansas, Iowa, Ohio, Massachusetts, or Nevada.
The main choice is cannabinoid content, not timing. Three are isolate-only; the elderberry adds CBN; the strawberry is full spectrum with THC. Milligrams per gummy run 30 to 50.

How to use them
Take one gummy 15 to 60 minutes before bed, or at any time of day that fits your routine. Start with a single gummy and stay with it — many customers take one daily for two to three weeks before deciding whether to adjust. Effects vary with body weight, metabolism, and what you've eaten. With the 50 mg full spectrum gummy, start with half. It contains THC and behaves differently from the three isolate gummies. Store in a cool, dry place away from children.
Talk to your doctor before use if you are pregnant, breastfeeding, or taking any medication, particularly anything metabolized by the liver. Hemp-derived CBD is federally legal, but state rules vary — check yours before ordering.
Things to know before you buy
Three are THC-free. One is not.
The watermelon, pink lemonade, and elderberry gummies use CBD isolate and are THC-free. The 50 mg strawberry gummy is full spectrum and contains 1.74 mg THC per gummy — a measurable amount that can be intoxicating, which is why it's restricted to 21+ and can't ship to certain states. If you're subject to workplace or athletic drug testing, it will show on a THC screen. Choose one of the three isolate gummies instead. Our CBD vs. THC guide covers the difference.
Why we don't make a CBG gummy for bedtime
We make a CBD & CBG gummy in blue raspberry, but you'll find it in our energy gummies rather than here. Many customers tell us CBG gives them a lift, which makes it a better fit for daytime than for winding down.
That said, this varies more than most things do. Some people use CBG at night without any trouble at all, in gummies and in oils. If you're curious, try it during the day first and see how it sits with you before moving it later. Our CBD vs. CBG guide covers what makes it a distinct cannabinoid.
Why the timing window is 15 to 60 minutes
A gummy is swallowed and passes through digestion, so it absorbs more slowly than a tincture held under the tongue. That's why the guidance here is wider than on our oils, and why taking one on a full stomach pushes the window later. If you want a narrower, more predictable window, a tincture is the better format.
CBD and CBN are different cannabinoids
CBN occurs naturally in hemp and is chemically distinct from CBD. The elderberry gummy contains both — 30 mg CBD and 10 mg CBN. The other three contain no CBN. Our CBD vs. CBN guide explains the difference.
Comparing milligrams and cost
Strengths here run from 30 mg to 50 mg per gummy, and the elderberry's 40 mg is split across two cannabinoids rather than concentrated in one. A higher number isn't automatically stronger for a given person — formulation matters as much as total milligrams. Jars come in 30-count and 60-count, so compare cost per gummy rather than jar price.
Ingredients and allergens
All four are vegan, made with organic fruit pectin rather than gelatin, organic tapioca syrup, organic cane sugar, and natural flavors and colors. Some formulas contain coconut oil, which the FDA classifies as a tree nut. Check the ingredient list on each product page if you have a tree nut allergy. Shelf life is 12 months from purchase.
