By accessing the Site or placing an order, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site or purchase our products.
1. Eligibility & Age Requirement
You must be of legal age in your jurisdiction to purchase our products.
Under Colorado Department of Public Health and Environment (CDPHE) regulations (6 CCR 1010-24), products that contain more than 1.25 mg total THC per serving and have a CBD:THC ratio of less than 20:1 must be sold only to individuals 21 years of age or older. This typically applies to certain full-spectrum products.
Broad-spectrum and CBD isolate products generally do not carry this state-mandated age restriction.
By placing an order, you represent that you meet any applicable age requirements for the specific products in your order and that the purchase is legal in your location. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order if age verification is not met or if the sale would violate applicable law.
2. Products & Compliance
Our products are handmade in small batches using organic ingredients and Colorado-grown, third-party tested hemp-derived CBD. All products contain ≤ 0.3% Δ9-THC by dry weight and comply with the 2018 Farm Bill and applicable Colorado and federal law.

3. Orders, Pricing & Payment
All prices are in U.S. dollars and are subject to change without notice. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order for any reason, including pricing errors, suspected fraud, inventory issues, or violation of these Terms.
Payment is due at the time of order. We accept major credit cards and other methods displayed at checkout. You authorize us (or our payment processor) to charge the payment method you provide.
4. Shipping & Returns
Shipping and returns are governed by our separate Shipping & Returns policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference.
